The Capita Ultrafear Snowboard is built to tame the inner fear that shows up right before committing to the bigger jump, faster line, or side hit that suddenly looks a lot taller in person. This legendary resort and park freestyle destroyer combines a lightweight P2 Superlight™ Core, Carbon Boosters, and cork edge dampening to deliver explosive ollie power, smooth stability, and enough confidence to make “might as well send it” feel surprisingly reasonable. Fast edge-to-edge, poppy underfoot, and loaded with freestyle pedigree, the reshaped Ultrafear has spent years proving that progression usually starts right after talking the brain out of backing down.

Rocker Type:

Resort V1 + Flat Kick Tech: RESORT V1 Profile boards take full advantage of the benefits of traditional camber, zero camber, and reverse camber. This next-generation design allows you to get the pop and response of a cambered board with all the predictability and easy turn initiation of zero camber or reverse camber shapes. Core:

P2 Superlight: Paulownia + Poplar. Extremely lightweight and versatile core combined with high impact resistance and maximum pop.

Laminates:

Hybrid Carbon Holysheet Bi/Bi + Magic Bean Resin: The HOLYSHEET™ fiberglass configuration features fiber weaves with a high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity. With a higher roving count in the same weight of glass, you can have a stronger and more responsive board without adding extra weight. Combine one of these three layups with the MAGIC BEAN™ resin and one of the many additives available, and you get an incredibly high performing board tailored to meet your style of riding.

Base:

Superdrive ADV: The SUPERDRIVE™ base material lives in the Sintruded category of boards that deliver benefits of both sintered and extruded bases. These bases take the characteristics and manufacturing techniques used in creating extruded base material, but due to higher pressure and temperature, increase the surface hardness to levels near most sintered bases. This expands the durability and surface strength, creating a base that will be more durable when jibbing and ripping around the mountain while retaining a low maintenance and carefree lifespan of the board. SUPERDRIVE™ is the benchmark for sintruded material while SUPERDRIVE™ ADV yields higher durability and glide performance.
