Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Splinters Boardshop! We appreciate your business and we would like to make sure that you enjoy shopping with Splinters Boardshop.

We are happy to return or exchange merchandise within the following guidelines:

  • The merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
  • After 15 days, a store credit is issued. We will not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns arriving without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • Tags must still be attached and the merchandise must be in the original packaging. Items must be in “NEW” condition (No odors, stains or other signs of wear)
  • No refunds on discounted items.

 

Return Options

  • Exchange: Please reach out to us before you send your item back, YOU NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!  Also, if you want to exchange, let us know sooner than later so we can better ensure availability.  Email [email protected] or call 802-496-7441.  You are responsible for return shipping.  If your original order qualified for free shipping, we will ship the replacement item for free as well!
  • Account Credit: You may return your item for in-store (online) credit.  We will not charge you for original shipping costs or a restocking fee.  Account credit never expires!
  • Refund: You may return the item for an immediate credit back to your credit card.  Original shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount.  No restocking fee.

Canceled Orders

All orders canceled by the customer after shipment will have a 10% restocking fee subtracted from their refund amount and any shipping charges.

Defective Merchandise

Splinters Boardshop does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

Return Shipping Costs

We will reimburse you for shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong item. If it is the correct item that you ordered, but you still wish to do a return, you must cover the cost of shipping.  Fair is fair

Returning A Package

Before returning a package, simply email us or call us and request a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached. Please follow the instructions below.

  • Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. The manufacturer’s box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. DO NOT SHIP IN THE MANUFACTURERS BOX!
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable from of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to splintersboardshop.com.
  • Write the Return Authorization number (given by splintersboardshop.com) on the outside of the shipping box with a marker.
